Are you then afraid your financial capabilities are hindering your child's development? ChildEX is here for you. Sign your child up for listing in ChildEX and allow an Investor to sponsor your child's educational needs. In return, your child will pay part of his future income to the Investor until your child's retirement.
You Are Still the Parent
Fret not, you are NOT selling your child away. Current International Laws does not allow that. You will still retain the custody of our child. You will bring up the child as if nothing happen. The Investor will not have the obligation nor the right to be emotionally invested in your child
All in all, ChildEX is just a financial contract.
Flexible Listing
Not comfortable with putting too much of your child's future in the contract? No need for too much investments? The listing of your Child's Income Shares in ChildEX is flexible. You can sell away 1%, 5% or in any amount up to a maximum of 10%.
The maximum of 10% is what we see as the healthy percentage which your child can afford to give up as his/her future income.
Secure Funds

The Investment from sale of ChildEX shares will be paid solely towards your child's educational and development needs, including University Education. The funds will be kept securely from exploitation of Child by ChildEX. Any other uses for the funds other than the Child's development and education is strictly forbidden.

Any request for use of funds outside the scope it is intended will be reviewed on a case by case basis by a panel.
Open Market
​
Once you released your Child's Income Shares into the Listing, it will be an open market bidding. Demand for your Child's Income Shares (iShare) will determine the price of the shares. It is possible to buy back iShares of your Child when you are able to do so. In that case, the future income that your child need to "share" to the investor will be reduced proportionately.
However, the price you can buy back your Child's iShare will depend on current market price of your Child's iShare. It may also be possible that Investors do not want to sell his iShares and supply of your Child's iShares will be limited. You may thus be unable to buy back the full iShares of your Child in the future.
Weigh Your Options

Take your time to think carefully before listing your Child in ChildEX. It is in most cases, an irreversible action. Talk to your Child and hear their opinions. Every Child should have a say in their lives and ChildEX hopes to give them another option.
